HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi and the City Department of Transportation Services met at noon on Friday to review enhancements made at Kekaulike Mall in Chinatown.
Some of the improvements include:
- Cast-in-place concrete pavement
- Storm water management
- Surface area drainage
- Shade trees
- New lighting and poles
- Electrical upgrades
Additionally, the existing community dragon decal will be relocated to the center of Kekaulike Mall.
