HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Wai Kai is extending summer fun with its new “Sunset Splash” event, offering guests the chance to enjoy the Wai Kai AquaVenture floating obstacle course during the sunset hours.
The event will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. through the end of August.
“Sunset Splash is designed to extend the enjoyment of our AquaVenture into the early evening,” said Jerry Pupillo, Director of Business Development and General Manager. “It’s a great way to cap off a sunny day in Ewa Beach. We encourage families and friends to make the most of these beautiful summer evenings with us.”
The Wai Kai AquaVenture playground features a series of interconnected inflatables, including peaks, monkey bars, slides, wiggle bridges, balance beams, and hurdles.
There is also a KidsCircuit designed for younger visitors.
Tickets for the Sunset Splash are $15 for ages 10 and over, $10 for ages 7 through 9, and $5 for ages 4 through 6.
Visitors with same-day tickets for the Wai Kai AquaVenture, Wai Kai Wave, or Wai Kai Lagoon can extend their experience into the sunset hours for an additional $10 for ages 10 and over and $5 for ages 4 through 6.
The Wai Kai AquaVenture is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Daily passes are available for $35 for ages 10 and over, $25 for ages 7 through 9, and $15 for ages 4 through 6. Kamaaina rates are $30, $20, and $13.50.
