HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Honolulu Fire and Honolulu Police have been called in for an incident occurring near Halona Blowhole Sunday morning.
According to HFD, a call came in at 9:46 a.m. with units dispatched by 9:51 a.m.
The call was for an injured person near the blowhole lookout.
HFD personnel arrived, descended the rocks and were able to make it to the patients side by 10:01 a.m.
The patient was packaged on Air 1 and transported to a nearby loading dock where care was transferred to Emergency Medical Services.
HFD requested HPD at around 9:57 a.m. and Kalanianaole Hwy has been closed going both directions as police investigate.
