HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Officers responded to a report of an argument in Mililani Mauka Saturday afternoon and found that a man refused to exit the home and speak with HPD.
HPD said crisis negotiators are at the scene.
The public was asked to avoid the area near Koʻolani Drive.
