HONOLULU (KHON2) -- A building fire call just before 10:30 p.m. Wednesday was brought under control at 4:20 a.m.
HFD said the fire was at the H-Power facility in Kapolei.
They found a smoldering fire in one of the siteʻs trash pits.
HFD battled the "deep seated fire" while facility personnel confirmed there were no occupants in the building.
Fire crews will remain at the scene until the fire is fully extinguished.
