HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Partly cloudy conditions across most areas right now thanks to high pressure and trades. A narrow band of moisture stretches southeast from just east of Windward Big Island. This moisture will move toward Maui tonight, reach Oahu early tomorrow, and arrive at Kauai by midday Monday. Expect a slight increase in clouds and light showers on the windward side, with a few light showers possibly reaching leeward areas. Breezy trades will gradually fill in after the trough passes, but they will decrease this weekend, especially in the western part of the state.
