She'll be at Hawaii Theatre as part of a stop on her tour titled "My Life on the PTS-D list". Griffin joined Wake Up 2Day live on Monday morning to tell us all about the show.

"I cannot wait to do my show Friday night!" Griffin said. "My life on the PTSD list, get it like my show Life on the D-List, and I'm lettin' it fly, honey. I'm tellin' ya it's all on the table. I'm actually going to make fun of my own complex PTSD because you gotta laugh at everything, but I promise there's a lot of good."

Griffin is ecstatic to be back on tour after missing nearly six years when she was diagnosed with cancer in her left lung.

"There's a cliche that your identity shouldn't be your career. I'm sorry that just doesn't apply to me. When I was out of work, let's face it starting with the controversial Trump head photo, and then I had lung cancer even though I had never smoked. Then I had half of my left lung removed and then when that happened they permanently paralyzed my left vocal cord, so I was the comedian who couldn't talk. That messed with my head, in my opinion probably led to the PTSD. So I actually have an implant in my left vocal cord. Now I'm back to my inappropriate and filthy material live on stage and I'm not going to spare Hawaii, I'll probably make fun of you guys right to your faces."

The show starts at 8 p.m. on Friday. There are no opening acts, so Griffin encourages attendees to arrive early or on time. Tickets can be found through Hawaii Theatre.
