HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Please be advised that up to two lanes of the eastbound H-1 Freeway near the Keʻeaumoku Street overpass will be closed for pole installation on Thursday, June 27, during the evening hours.
This temporary lane closure is necessary to ensure the safe and efficient installation of new poles which are part of ongoing infrastructure improvements in the area.
The closure will begin at 9 p.m. and will continue through the night until 5 a.m. the following Friday morning, June 28.
During this time, crews will be working diligently to complete the installation as quickly and safely as possible to minimize the impact on traffic.
