HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Police officers were called to a parking enforcement action in the area near the University of Hawaii Thursday morning where they found skeletal remains in a vehicle.
The discovery was made just after 11 a.m.
HPD said the investigation is ongoing as they opened an unattended death case.
