HONOLULU (KHON2) -- The traffic near the H3 ramp, Kaneohe-bound is easing from the Moanalua Freeway.
A truck overturned and dumped its load just before 10 a.m. and caused road closures in the area near the Halawa interchange.
Dirt that was near the H-3 onramp was cleared.
Crews were able to right the truck at 12:30 p.m. but the onramp remained blocked.
There are no reports of injuries.
