Last week, Miske moved for a broad acquittal on 18 counts, and a judge found in his favor on attempted murder and gun charges related to an attempted shooting at Kualoa Ranch that was allegedly carried out on Miske's orders.

According to the judge, the evidence does not establish Miske's intent for Lindsey Kiney to be shot at or assaulted.

The government also dismissed one drug charge.

Last week, the prosecution wrapped up its case after 83 days of trial.

Miske stands accused of bank fraud and is accused of allegedly ordering Jonathan Fraser's murder, as Miske blamed him for his son's death.

The case has brought about 900 witnesses to the stand including the girlfriend of Fraser.

When Ashley Wong was brought to the stand, she broke into tears after explaining her and Fraser were looking forward to being "solid" parents for their son.
