The inaugural UFL season concluded on Sunday with the Birmingham Stallions shutting out the San Antonio Brahmas 25-0 in the championship game.
The Stallions, who won the USFL in 2022 and 2023 before the league merged with the XFL to form the UFL, won their third championship in a row.

San Antonio fell short despite another standout performance from former University of Hawaii standout Kohl Levao.
Levao, a left guard, was named to the inaugural All-UFL team earlier in June. He is now free to sign with an NFL team.
Former Hawaii star Calvin Turner Jr. was also on the Brahmas but spent the majority of the year on the injured list.
Other players in the UFL in 2024 with Hawaii ties included D.C. Defenders quarterback Jordan Ta'amu (Pearl City), former Hawaii running back Dae Dae Hunter (Arlington Renegades), as well as former UH offensive lineman Gene Pryor and Kamehameha alum Mika Tafua with the Michigan Panthers.
