HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Following an extensive legal journey, the government has officially wrapped up its case in the trial against Mike Miske.
Among the staggering 900 witnesses were Miske's former co-defendants, who had reached plea deals prior to the trial.
Miske stands accused of bank fraud and is also implicated in the alleged ordering of Jonathan Fraser's murder, whom prosecutors claim Miske held responsible for his son's death. Despite the allegations, Miske maintains his plea of not guilty to all counts.
Next Wednesday marks the commencement of the defense's presentation, where they'll have the opportunity to respond to the prosecution's claims and present their own arguments. Stay tuned for further updates as this complex legal saga unfolds.
